Breitling team will be there according to their own website: http://www.breitling-jet-team.com/apache_fr/agenda/ I think they are not listed on the official site yet.

Is there anybody able to help me with directions for viewing points a Dijon and experiences regarding arrival days over there (is it allowed to stay near the base fence all day long for watching aircraft?).

Is there kind of an Air Power demo normally part of French open days?

Thanks for any hints!

viewing points: look at this site! ("where to go?")

Normally, the aircraft arrive thursday/friday before the open day.
Outside the base, You can expect visit from the Gendarmerie. Dyon was last years not a problem, and at open days they are very busy and mostly watch if you don't park asides roads etc., due to the heavy traffic.

Airpower demo's are not standard, and when i look at the program, i don''t think there will be on this time.
This show looks quite "standard" to me, but pretty full, so you can expect the usual, rather french, static and flying (so for me very interesting!) mix of oldies and new, and normally it ends with the PAF.

Have a nice day!

How reliable is the official website? For example, on the "Présentation dynamique" page a Dutch F-16 is listed as a participant in the flying programme while the agenda on http://www.f16demoteam.nl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; shows that it is scheduled to appear at Landivisiau!

Still deciding whether to go to Dijon or Landivisiau, any thoughts..?

Cheers

There was no KC-135 or F-18 display. The E-3F was accompanied by two Mirage 2000's. Sorry no serials.
