Req: HF Traffic

Hi,

I just picked up my lowe hf reciever after some years of inactivity and now I have a few questions;
Are there any sites on the net that report on actual hf-logs and frequencies? What are the most active frequencies?

I have an "old" sc-mac frequency book, from 2002 that reports of many HF frequencies. Some of them are defintally still in use like 11175.0 but how about activity on blackhat frequencies from Mildenhall or nightwatch? Does Ramstein still have it's own HF frequnecies? How can I get some kind of update?
