F-8E "29" don't know the real number anyone?
Etendard IVP 15
And CM175 30 a litle further from the gate

Also a second civil CM175 at the static 'left' (sorry no regie)

For the Red Bull AJ's i have D-ICDM iso D-IBDM

Looking at my picures the 622 is standing at the static, in front of the Nord, English spotters read of 622 in the flying display, so probably the 622, 627 did the displsy wirh the ferlon... SUPER FrELON :D :lol: :P
Lynx ?
One was the 627 and the other I couldn't read.

it was a misread from me, i read also 622, in stead of 627, my fault.
So the 622 flew with another still unknown lynx

Before things start to go REALLY wrong: F-8E(FN) "29" at the gate IS "29". The F-8P at the static in special disbandment colours is ship (11). For more info, see

and of course the great book by Jean-Marie Gall that is mentioned on the above page.
Scramble database is not correct (yet) on these two birds!

And, btw, the Etendard at the gate is a IVM, not a IVP; the -P was the photo-reconnaissance version (a modified IVM with camera nose and housing). As a matter of fact, at least Etendards "107" and "118" that were parked behind the static near the 57S hangar are Etendard IVP's.

Hi All,

Indeed a great event, with much more aircraft then anticipated.

One question left: would anyone know the Aeronavale Dauphin that came in at about 13.00??

The Dauphin that was added to the static has nr 157 on its tail.

I have 11 as no badge, 13 has a 11 F badge as has no. 3. 14 has no badge, but *should* belong to the CEV.

This might belong to 17 F, but definately carried an 11 F badge (photoproof).

This had no badge.

SEM "14" is the first SEM that was upgraded to the "version 5" standard; that would make a detachment to the CEV logical. It had additional "Super Etendard Modernisé version 5" titles on both sides and a naughty nose art on the l/h side.

For now, I have one question remaining: what four SEM's flew the formation demo in the afternoon? If I remember correctly:
-there were four SEMs on the east flightline: 6, 24 (Afghanistan-grey), 55 and 69
-during the display, I think I saw 24 still sitting on the tarmac
-afaik, the display was flown by four SEM's in the "old", two-tone-grey, colours

If all these observations are correct: what were the four SEMS (or, what was the fourth SEM in the display)?

4 SEM's flying are 55,6,69 and 37 :!: :!:
SEM 37 had a 17F badge
SEM 24 grey was towing away when the other 4 SEM's departed.

These 4 were taxiën at 16.15 LT towards Rwy 26.

Do you have some more informations about the upgrades? (how many will be updated, which version have the other aircrafts ...)
