I had booked a ticket at HAT as well flying to Fairford with the VLM charter. I'm thinking about booking my car onto the ferry to go to the take off on monday. Seeing the state of the airfield I'm not so sure but the aircraft do need to leave anyway...

I think that's a wise decison if you can get park & view tickets on the gate. Let's hope *if* the Sunday show is also cancelled, the participants won't leave on Sunday.

Hey,

Just heard more bad news... it seems that it's now only possible to enter the base at Sunday with Advance tickets.

Can anyone confirm this???

I was hoping to go there tonight by car, as a 2nd attempt.

Just heard that all tickets for sunday are SOLD OUT!!!

Biggest disappointment ever in more than 20 years of spotting :shock:

First a/c are departing FFD already.... just heard that C-130J and 2 F-16s departed.

The F-16's are probable the Belgian F-16's that has to leave for the Avord show tomorrow.

That PDF left is normal they were only to give a display today, tomorrow they're in Avord.
