We had some bad weather the last couple of days, so therefore I may assume that 18C/36C is still closed. is there a new re-opening day known yet?

Yes, target is now 18 July 09:30LT to take 18C/36C into operation again.
Furthermore, phase 1 in the test of parallel departures has been terminated, meaning 36L is again preferential over 36C for outbounds, all day.
ILS will remain out of service until 21 July 12:00LT estimated, this has consequences for inbounds.

Terminated means that the 1st phase has ended allready!!

The short answer to the question is that the data that the trial period provided up until now (or rather until the maintenance started) has proven to be reliable enough to proceed to phase two.
