Flight in a SV-4 and AIR TO AIR with a Tipsy Trainer

Today I went to Moorsele for a flight with an SV-4. The pilot told me that there would be a formationflight!

Beautiful pictures, especially the air-to-air ones; they truly capture the atmosphere of the time when aircraft were made of wood and the men who flew them were made of steel (and not, as is thought by many today, the other way around :roll: )

Giel, your pics are very good!!!
Don't know for sure if you have gone digital, but my guess is you have done some Photoshop or similar editing stuff on those pics.
One point of critics, did you take a close look on some of your pics regarding the horizon??? I can be wrong, but some pics show the horizon not in a level way, but a left or right side higher than the other.

I did sharpen the pics and yes I have photoshoped them a bit (To make them brighter,...)
And about the horizon. It's possible! You really have to try to take pics from a plane flying behind you... It's not that easy :wink:
