"Thanks" to the overwhelming support found regarding my request (one rather helpful private message! thanks!!!), I could take "with me" the following movements in just one-and-a-half hours time when returning home from a short holiday in the Dijon region. Parking near a road of fruit trees near the Northern runway approach, with family well visible from the main road while I stayed hidden between the trees with my binocular.* NO sign of any Gendarmery or military police; nevertheless I continued the journey back home immediately after flying activity seemed to have ended, due to those rumours ...

(*further directions for members of the Richard de Florennes fan club; passwort: how many TLP mission have been flown from Florennes since 1990 until today) ;-)))

Maybe because it is publicly available on this very site?? See http://www.scramble.nl/airports.php?icao=LFSO" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Why should "we" do the work for you, when even taking only 1 minute yourself would give you all the details you needed..... you even didn't check whether you were using a AZERTY or QWERTY keyboard when typing your original question ;-)

well, that is a great strike-back. well I had only a few minutes access to the internet and no time to correct typing when staying with friends at a guest family in France. But you are right, by error I had regarded the Nancy-Ochey "spotting directions" as closed members area. Thanks for your help anyway. Now it's all clear! :wink:
