"Retro" is used for flights returning to the US. "Trend" is used for transatlantic deployment flights in general. In the past "Slip" was also used for flights heading to the Middle East but I believe this callsign has become obsolete.
F-16C 811 was according to F-16.net already delevered on 18.08.2006 to 18Sqna of the RAFO. So it is a RAFO serial. A picture of this aircraft can be found at http://www.f-16.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
That doesn't mean it was actually delivered to Oman though. I recall seeing one at Edwards last year but until I check my list I can't confirm which one it was.

It was still wearing the USAF symbol. The serial 811 was very small close to it!!

Esq.711 was disbanded some time ago and since then the actual C-212 and EH101s at Lages are manned by Esq.401 and 751 detachments, respectively.
