My apologies, I checked my source, and I misunderstood part of what I was told: the F-16's operate from Volkel, but an undisclosed KLu-source states they also plan to come to Eindhoven somewhere in between the action.

At around 14.30 hr four F-16's where seen flying over Noord-Limburg in the direction of Volkel.
