this is for Electronic Warfare exercises. They will mostly use the Polygone Ranges for that.

Just landed in Aviano Cube 71/81/91. Number 15 SP Vipers, believe coming home to Spang. Any idea from where they are coming?

Apparently they arrived FROM Spang !

Plus 1 extra Tornado arrived today (thurs) making 9 there now :-)

For serials please wait till tonight.

Well, proabily they come from Spang, but isn't strange they are doing a night stop after just an hour or so of flight?

Hi,

Indeed Banter is right. They departed from Spangdahlem. Probably no tankersupport available? Think(!) they are enroute to Turkey for exercise.

Hmm was afraid of that. Wouldn't surprise me that the now available hangarspace is taken up by the Italians however they can always fly from the flightline offcourse.
I guess that the Vipers went to Konya for the Anatolian Eagle exercise which is frequented by the USAFE and last till the 19th.

Here the numbers, as they departed to Souda this mornig:

At the same times they were departing, the 510th was returning home from their TDY in Romania!
