REQ: info on civvies during airshow-day at Melsbroek, sep 14, 2008....

With the backlight, heathaze and the use of the southern runway most of the day we had a lot of trouble logging the civil action at Zaventem on Sunday. I asked for help on luchtzak.be to fill in the gaps below, but alas, no luck there. So, perhaps there are people around on theSCR-forum that can help me out? It would be very much appreciated. The following were seen (but not logged  ) between 0930 and 1730 lt:

2x B777 Jet Airways
4x A330 Jet Airways
1x B767-424ER Continental
2x B767 American AL
1x B767 Delta
1x A321 Royal Jordanian
1x A310 Royal Jordanian Cargo
2x B747 Southern (one parked, one landing in the afternoon)
1x A330 Etihad
1x A320 Click departing late morning or early afternoon
1x Airbus Turkish at the gates in the morning
1x Swiss Airbus departing late morning/early aftnoon
1x B737 Sterling
1x Spanish registered all-white B737 arriving early afternoon
1x A330 Hainan (B-6301?)
1x MD80 Blue Line
1x B747-400 Korean Cargo
1x A320 Vueling (other one at the same time was EC-KBU)
1x B747-412F Singapore Cargo
and finally, the TNT B737 and BAe146 that docked at the passenger gates (Quick Change versions temporarily converted for pax?)

TIA!

JY-AGQ (Ex F-ODVF) and JY-AGR (Ex F-ODVG) are both RJ Cargo's. AGQ was the one present on 14/09.

Slowly but surely all the gaps are being filled. Thanks a lot!

As for the "Royal Jordanian A321" (which was apparently not what I saw), it was an aircraft that departed from 07L around 0930 lt. If it wasn't RJA, it was a backlit, but still very dark coloured A321. Perhaps someone remembers this bird?

874 is NOT a G-V c/n.

according:

http://www.laasdata.com/corpjet/index.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

N74DK does not excist.
If you know for sure that it was a G-V you have to wait for a c/n...I quess it was a misread for G-IV N740K...but this is a G-IV.

Check your/other pictures to be sure what you have seen or try to learn how the outside difference between a G-IV and G-V looks like.

edit: 1055:

perhaps this one will help:

Hi Guys,

The photo i had taken at Abelag to read off was not good so it was a misread. It is indeed N740K when I compare my photo with the ones on the internet. Thanks Marco.
I have some other requests:
The Swiss Piper 46 at Abelag and the Helvetic fokker 100 landing around 14.00lt at runway 25L.
