I guess the 43 sqn bird is a F-3 ?

Florennes 29-10-2008

Hello,

We want to go to Florennes 29-10-08. According to this site a csar mission will be flown. Will the jets also fly that day?

Just back from EBFS, today's mission was canceled.

Only arrival from tornado F3 ZE961/FO and a Agusta overschoot from H30
till 12.40 Local;

callsign was RFR 7063 and BAR 730

tomorrow another try :wink:

Thanks for the information. Anything known about the reason for the cancellation. weather should habe been good in most parts of Belgium, Western Germany and France: Bad Wx over target area (UK?)?

Anyway, to all of you, just read a BIRDTAM for Germany and Belgium: moderate to severe bird-strike risk in North-West Germany and South-East Belgium expected betwen 9 and 10 October. This MIGHT also effect tomorrow's TLP mission - so everything is possible ...
