Iruma is so close to a railway station,that at the annual airshow(usually on 03 November ),they dismantle the fence on one of the platforms to allow direct access to the base from the station.ketko wrote:Hi!

Although I am mostly civil spotter, the YS at Iruma interested me. Is it difficult to spot there without car? The base is relatively close to where my grandma live, so thought about visiting it next time I go to Japan.
