Ranghe Zhen Airbase, China

Post by Niels van Erck »

By now, I guess, the well known Chinese ' Davis Monthan' ... check out Google Earth.

But... searching the Net didn't bring me much.

Can anybody help on info on this unusual place?

Not really AMARC, but still interesting.

see 33.684667, 112.891918

It looks like there is no fence, see also the dirt tracks on the runway !!!

There is also an aviation museum, see pictures on Google Earth and

Wow, impressive!
It looks like there is no fence, see also the dirt tracks on the runway !!!
But with or without fence; who would be stupid enough to drive up there and start spotting/taking pictures.....
I'd love to though!
