This morning at approx. 10.40h a large aircraft (probably a tanker) flew just south of Didam coming from the east making a big turn heading south. There were 3 or 4 jets on both sides all making big trails in the blue sky. :D

There were 3 more jets flying after them making the same turn south. They were flying high.
I'm curious what they were/where they were going

Was the Quid20[?] with SP F-16s, callsign HARM and HAWK in the JOJO track.
Tailnumbers were given on the boom freq 340.600, bit I didn't write them down.
Hi,

Around that time 10.36hrs Quid20 was logged on sbs1 as 60-0331/D from 351ARS, 1 of the F-16s could be 91-0419/SP. also logged around 9.17hrs at differerent places.

Greetz,

Nice pics Hardy,

This is indeed the formation I saw this morning! Very nice against a blue sky.
Too bad no one knows which 'SP' Vipers were in this formation.
Where did you take these pictures Hardy???

I made the Pictures over my Hometown Erkelenz near Mönchengladbach. A friend of mine made one with his Handy over Duisburg, when they where flying up north. The full F-16s made a break, i think over the Netherland and came back to the south. I think back to Spang.

Most likely 261.
A (this?) Dutch Lynx came overhead Muiden around 15.00h LT on 6-01-09. For what it's worth.

Cheers!

Today, Friday 9-1-09, around 9.10h LT a Dutch Navy Lynx came overhead Muiden. It was flying in the direction of Amsterdam, so perhaps on it's way back to de Kooy? Any one with an ID on this machine?

I hope this topic will be continued in 2009....

Just passing Amersfoort towards Hilversum (city) and switching Amsterdam Info: one Netherlands Royal Navy lynx. Due to the closure of Soesterberg AB, I missed it's callsign... :x

Hi Wijgert and Eduard,

From what I could gather here, the Lynx should have been 265 with call sign NRN594.

Saw these too. Looked like the F-16's intercepted the Gally.
