Today the Dutch airforce posted this newsitem on their site:
Luchtmachthelikopter helpt bewoners Pampus

Vrijdagmiddag heeft een Cougar transporthelikopter van de Koninklijke Luchtmacht water vervoerd naar de twee bewoners van het forteiland Pampus bij Muiden.
Cougar in de lucht met geopende zijdeur
Door de aanhoudende vorst is het voor hen onmogelijk geworden om van het eiland af te komen. Het ijs rondom het eiland en de daarop liggende vestingwerken is te dun om erover te lopen, maar te dik om er met een boot doorheen te komen.
De bewoners hebben op dit moment nog voldoende voedsel, maar de watervoorraad raakt langzaamaan op. Defensie heeft daarom de bewoners hulp aangeboden door middel van het transport van water.

Today a Dutch Cougar helo has delivered drinking water to two residents on a island near Muiden.
The water around the island is frozen, so can't be reached by boat. However, it isn't strong enough to withstand a person walking over it. The two residents do have enough food, but their watersupply was dropping fast.
The Royal Netherlands airforce gave them a helping hand, delivering the water by air.
