As you can clearly see on your picture the TACAN was already gone! Even your 'Flash version' is worth looking at it! Well done, Jeroen!jeroeneck.nl wrote: On December 13 there was a running event on this base; (startbaanrun Vliegbasis Soesterberg). I'm a runner, but also a photographer I had to make a hard choice; running or making pics. I picked the last. Because I know the organization of the running event (my club; Altis from Amersfoort) I was as "official" photographer introduced to the military staff; The show me the base (Yes I got a private tour!) Unfortunately I did not have any panorama equipment with me I took my pictures by hand just with my Canon 1D Mark III and my standard 24-70 2.8 lens. I took a lot of overlap and processed it in PTGUI.
For those who are interested in a the flash version it is available in http://www.jeroeneck.nl/panorama_soesterberg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
More pictures of the running (and a few from the base) are available on http://altis.jeroeneck.nl/gallery2/main ... _itemId=29" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Nice one!; Your timing was a lot better (talking only about the quality of the picute )VinFlyer wrote:That's a nice panorama indeed That day I chose to do it the other way around and to run and not to take pictures. However I made a panorama from the other side some time ago that I'd like to share with you. It was made on 23 mei 2008 while waiting for Sheik to give his demo.
