How difficult can it be to find him. Check the tailcode of 'Sheiks' MB339 on the DVD, then find that aircraft back on your photos. If he is not in the backseat on both days, he may have flown on Thursday..Sven van Roij wrote: Today I viewed the DVD of the Open Days of the RNLAF in Leeuwarden 2008 again. You can see Ralph Aarts (Dutch F-16 Solo Display pilot) flying with the Frecce Tricolore.

"Unfortunately the weather was below our minima so we had to cancel the rehearsal show on Thursday. Later that afternoon Sheik was invited by the Frecce Tricolori to fly with the leader in the backseat. Last year Frecce nr 2 (Jan Slangen) flew with Sheik in the backseat in Fairford and we invited them to our Open days since they were last in Holland in 2004."
Yes I noticed that too, must be him in no.1. If you need a bigger picture or something else, let me know.Sven van Roij wrote:Thanx John,
I think he's in no. 1. He was wearing his own (green) flyingsuit. No. 2 is wearing a blue one.
