C-130J 07-46311

Found on airliners.net a picture from of USAF newest C-130J-30's. Not much news about this, beside strange regi: 07-46311 (indeed11). Normally the fiscale year is followed by four digits and this one has five. This is the first time have done it this way since a long time (HH-60G and F-117 were the last I think).
