Friends reported a E-2C blewing a tyre and making a emergency landing afterwards on 19 March 2009, 16.37 hours local. When it came of the runway, the aircraft hit the arresting gear engine.
Crew of 5 came out okay but airframe looks pretty cracked up in photos and might not be repaired.
Its VAW-120/650. Hope to figure out a buno later on.
