Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Post by Aircolours »

Just went to the airport for two Miami Air 737's in full colours (including titles) :D , This does not happen often. Within 20 minutes they came in flying for Arkefly because of a broken down 767  in the Caribbean.

1. The first Miami Air N739MA

2. And nummero duo: N742MA

5 Sometimes prime-lenses are no the right tool at the right time. This is the only shot side-one I could make and the front gear is blocked

7 So close, i had to use the 300D with 24-105.

8 While waiting for the departure I managed to make some other shots. I had a hard time with this boring blue skies, I prefer some clouds as well.

Great reports on the Russian four-holer, guys! And Nusty, among many of your outstanding shots, the MD-11 below my office is one that actually made me say 'Wow' aloud. I think that background does it, would have worked without the tower too. Perfectly spotted! :great:

Any tips and/or comments are highly appreciated and will be used to train my skills of beginning photographer. I used a Nikon D40 with 55-200mm VR.
