Can somebody tell me what my wife saw above Amsterdam Noord an Amsterdam IJburg.
She saw 3x 4 prop planes flying together. What kind of planes were this?
Greetz Daniël.

To design a flying machine is nothing. To build one is something. But to fly is everything.

[quote="Seagull"]This morning around 08.30 saw a formation of three C-130H's flying over Weesp (WP) heading north at 700ft.
At this time I logged on my sbs the following aircraft:
CH-10 c/s HER10C
CH-11 c/s HER10A
CH-12 c/s HER10B
Erik[/quote

At approx. 08.20LT I saw this impressive & low flying treeship in the vincinity of Strand Nulde, junction 23 of the A28 highway! (near Putten).
Due to the very clear blue sky at that moment their 12 (!) smoke trails were already visible from a great distance. WOW! :o :D

Who knows?

I saw a C-130H around 13.00hrs heading east passing between Hoorn and Purmerend/A7.

According SBS-1, CH04 was logged around that time. Can anyone confirm this?
CH-04 not logged on my sbs yesterday. In fact, didn't logged this one for months...

Today 2 times (10.35 and 15.30) banking low over the isle of Marken a three ship C-130's. Nice sight. Lots of tourists taking pictures of it. I presume that the winning serials are CH10, CH11 and CH12 ??

The C-130H-30 was very likely the G-275 as 'NAF 35', which showed up overhead vliegbasis Eindhoven at 1115lt with considerable speed, coming from the northwest.

Saw the 15.30 formation on and perform a break on the N9 shortly after 't Zand. Awesome sight, too bad I was driving, so no pictures. Hopefully they'll use the same point tomorrow and with some luck....

Very good question..., I live near Schiphol and I have a small antenna hanging in my loft (zolder) so when a Hercules is flying low in Belgium or south Netherlands I don't log/receive them.

It's the only explanation I can give you.
(My sbs is running 24/7.)
