14:35 belgium a/c on dutchmil; dutchmil tells there is an emergency at Leeuwarden

Aircraft was the J-509, BISCUIT1, with electrical fumes in the cockpit, declared an emergency on TAD475, SSR-7700.
After landing, engine shut down on the ORP 24, northside.
