Reach 339: Comms now on 308.8500 MHz.

"Pilot to dispatch: need transportation for 16 passengers and 6 crewmembers".

I have this frequency as Maastricht UACC. But it must be a Ops. frequency as well then?

Mildenhall Dispatch, not very common to hear it whilst airborne. Mostly used while on the ground. Almost certain he had to switch to 313.550 for his request.
308.850 Also is Spangdahlem ground as well as Chievres Ground. But also Lossiemouth Departure
And 308.850 is totaly unfamilliar with me as being Maastricht.

No, not in this log. Most likely other (yet to be indentiefied Helo's ) or Ground troops.
He heard this on 139.250 which is a Safety freq for low level fly area in the Netherlands, No Tankers needed for Dutch AF AS532 ;-)

Please Read!
I never Said BLUE wasn't a KC135/KC10 callsign.. Actually it is a Ferry flight support Callsign.
I said Regarding Henk's log these were not Tankers!
