For those of you who enjoyed this set and want same more, then you'll have to wait a little bit, but I must say that there are no more photos from Bali (neither Perth which already didn't featured on this post), and there's little diversity to show from Jakarta and Sydney, but I will keep working on them.

To all of you,
Have a Fantastic weekend :D !

But you shocked me with the shirt you were wearing.. :confie:

I really love it to see those shots.. thanks for sharing!!! 8)

What about Sydney, how is security? and how many MM do you need for take-off and taxi shots taken from the beach?

Thank you all for all the nice words. I hope my reports will eventually make people actually go there and also, of course, tell them how it's at this or that airport.

Boudewijn, as for your question regarding security, Australia is a very spotters friendly country, and Sydney is no exception. Police shows up from times to times but just doing their rotine. Both the morning and afteroon places are very popular with spotters. The beach spot attracts lot of people on weekend, same people just go fishing, others will get next to the fence to see the jets go by. I've to confess that the beach spotting location at SYD is my favorite spotting location of all the airports where I've ever been!
As for the mm, for a taxiing A346 you will need abou 100mm. A Saab 340 on the runway will need 400 and a little bit of crop. Widebodys on runway about 200-250 depending on the angle, and narrowbodys more then 300 (I usually only started photographing those about 2 hours before sunset).
If you have any more questions, go ahead!

Well, looking forward for my next time at Sydney :D
