If we heard it correct (out off the hotel) the first wave took off at approx 08.15 and the second wave at 08.45
This would fit the info given to us in a restaurant by the C-130J(SAR) crew.

Yesterday it landed here at Lajes a P-3C Orion (161011), and it toke-off today at 10:30AM! You can see some shots of it here. It's a special P-3, since it is a OASIS III version!

Best regards

I am looking for a map of this airport, something like a Google Earth map. The runway, taxiways and the apron has to be on it and also the roads surrounding the airport.

Can someone help me with it?

I think this was the other cell of the VMFA-112 deployment, that you mentioned in the Moron topic.
GOLD 61 arrived at Bangor that day, and departed to Moron September 11 with Mazda 11 flight.
They were all under Coronet East 161.

Hope this helps,

RH.
