Yesterday I participated in Frank Versteegh's Photo Competition 2009.

Very sharp pictures !
I went also to Teuge Airport to take a look at this demonstration. In the competition I became seconden with this shot :




I'm very happy with it, I dind't expect anything just because I'm photographing only for a month now.
I went to have a lot of fun, but I went with a big proud smile. I was even speechless
This day impressed me a lot !

Hi Floris, congrats again with your second place!

Here are my pictures of that day, starting off with the ones I submitted in the contest.
The first two were shown in the list of pictures that were nominated, but didn't make it into the top 3.







Next, the ones I would have submitted if I had more time (had to borrow Floris's laptop, so only had 30 minutes of selection and editing time)







And one I'm not sure about, because it is not quite sharp, but still is a spectacular shot:
