Dear Giovanni,

If you knew this already from the beginning why you did not mention this earlier? A few messages earlier other sources said the israeli's will stay for 2 weeks.

Me and I know a lot of other people have bought non-refundable flighttickets to Sardinia for next week already.

I am sorry for the guys who booked for the next week. Really I was told on monday 5 evening (before I was leaving to Decimo on tuesday morning) that they had to stay 2 weeks (and the voice was really trustable also because the exercise will go on the next week and last year they stayed 2 weeks).
Only wednesday evening, when I had dinner with some italian pilots they told me the israelians were leaving on friday.

I too put on the trash 2 tickets as at the beginning I booked for the 28-29 and 30... and then they arrived the week later... and had to book a more expensive one.

You right...but what I have to do? Someone from inside told me they will stay 1 week...someone else told me they will stay 2 week. I waited to be there to check all the infos I have...

Also at the beginning someone told me the israeli planes must arrive on Sept 27th...so I booked a flight for Sept 29th and 30th...I lost money but what can I do? Shoot someone?...

According to italy mil aviation forum they left friday indeed, also the AMX' are gone.

Leaves 9 x AMI F-16 and 9 x AMI Tornado.

The absolute highlight were the Israeli aircraft off course, but having all three coloured 37 Stormo present was a nice treat as well! Especially the black and green MM7240 is a true lust for the eye. Luckily all aircraft flew in those three days resulting in a huge amount of nice pictures!
