In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

We see the nice pics from the others and the Base Dijon is an very open base now and see the pics on this forum and the places for making pics thanks Frank and the others :D

Hans / Koos, fantastic set of pictures! They really capture the atmosphere of the place and the wonderful autumn light. It was good fun meeting you guys and spending time at the fence of the probably nicest base in France.

PS: You did not miss anything by leaving after the last 4 2000's went up - when they came back, a nasty cloud blocked the sun :twisted:

Nice ones.

But euhm, don't you mean the topictitle to be "Where eagles dare" ? Just like in the famous movie title (with Clint Eastwood)?

Slow start, no movement till about 10 AM. Then a two-seater came out but had a ground abort, which was not really a morale booster. Finally, close to 11 AM the flying started and went on till 5 PM. After all a perfect day, we went back home with 14 Mirages in the bag and a :D on the sunburnt face.
