Was this one "Fraction 266L"? If so, than it should be a Portugese registered Biz jet of Netjets. Regi : CS-DXJ (SBS-1)

Well, the ICAO indicator for 'Fraction' (Netjets Europe) is NJE, so a link to 'Foxtrot Charlie 266 Lima' is not that obvious.
