Volkel has apparently become a training location for all semi-civil choppers in the Netherlands...

Maybe it has something to do with the noise NOTAM issued for Gilze Rijen, no practice approaches anymore.

I heard it had something to do with the building progress on Gilze Rijen but i'm not sure
