Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Hi everyone... I'll put some more Radom photos in other thread soon, but let me send my first forum post here, in this not-very-merry place...

Muflon,

despite the "not-very-merry-place " the pics are fantastic and a true tribute to the airmen.

I second that!
Gruzzi mit den Hand
I think that's "Grüezi mitenand" - when addressing more than one person.

Don't worry, doesn't make much difference to me anyway :) (I'm Polish).
But hey, that Gruzzi mit den Hand is actually quite amusing, I should pass it to few colleagues

Haha !

For me that "Gruzzi mit den Hand" is the best known Swiss expression. In order to to pronounce it right, I almost start singing. And for sure I have a smile on my face when I say it.

Thanks Key, for shattering my dream by explaining "Grüezi mitenand". ;-) But you know me..... I'll just keep saying Gruzzi mit den Hand. It's like saying Ooievaar instead of Au Revoir, Hatsjoe for aciu (thank you in Lithuanian) and Kus je 'em to Köszönöm (thank you in Hungarian).

Still have to find something funny in Polish though....

Cheers to both of you,
Iwan

Hi Daniel,

I think we've met during the Salon de Provence spotter day. Your site is a great initiative!
