Hmmm....I think its a promotion stunt, as both American display teams have no European shows on their scheduele for 2010.Crizz wrote:They mention Thunderbirds display team (F-16 Fighting Falcon) or Blue Angels (F/A-18) display team on their website.
You can find a longer accomodation list here. It's difficult to get free room in Kecskemét for this weekend.patrouilles wrote:Hi all!
I am willing to attend this airshow if it is possible in my timetable.
Would someone be able to indicate me the best places for accomodation and the tickets prices, please?
Regards.
Guillaume.
This is a list of invitations, not confirmed participants like we see at the RNLAF Airforcedays website. (BTW this years list has been improved quite a lot compared to 2008, as the number of invited types that were wfu already when the list was published, is a lot lower this time.)r.e.hendriks wrote:Hmmm....I think its a promotion stunt, as both American display teams have no European shows on their scheduele for 2010.Crizz wrote:They mention Thunderbirds display team (F-16 Fighting Falcon) or Blue Angels (F/A-18) display team on their website.
I know, but they can invite what they want. The schedule is set for this year.aviodromefriend wrote:This is a list of invitations, not confirmed participants like we see at the RNLAF Airforcedays website.r.e.hendriks wrote:Hmmm....I think its a promotion stunt, as both American display teams have no European shows on their schedule for 2010.Crizz wrote:They mention Thunderbirds display team (F-16 Fighting Falcon) or Blue Angels (F/A-18) display team on their website.
I think the organizers got preliminary confirmation for the participation from the US without any aircraft details so that's why they don't remove the display teams. When they get the exact types they will remove the BA and the TB. In 2008 the situation was the same. In 2008 the Frecce Tricolori released their schedule with an Italian show on the weekend of Kecskemét, but later they changed their program and they flew here finally. I know it's simply impossible to get the American teams but the organizers have to wait the exact answer.aviodromefriend wrote:This is a list of invitations, not confirmed participants like we see at the RNLAF Airforcedays website. That would be great as the airshow website indicates that invitation was sent for a Frogfoot and an AS 332.me4o_puhh wrote:Still not official, but from Bulgaria - Su-25K Froogfoot and C-27J Spartan will participate in this year airshow.
Still do not know static or flying.
