Last week, this carrier left the port of Norfolk to conduct exercises in the Atlantic Ocean and to work in the area’s of responsibility of the 5th and 6th fleet.
So you can expect a carrier in the Med soon! No news yet about port calls.

It will be deployed in the Arab Sea, not in the Atlantic.

Yes, deployed to the Arab Sea. That's indeed the 5th fleet area. But meanwhile it will transit trough the 6th fleet area. The Med is also part of that. And apparently there are some exercises planned while en route. Hope it will loiter around for some longer time.
