Zurich Ramp Tour

If anyone has purchased a ramp tour at Zurich with Buchair can they advise me as i have previously sent a request for a ramp tour with them along with payment details in December but have still had no confirmation from them. Is there a phone number that can be dialled to speak to them directly. Many Thanks in advance.
