Hej all!
While we entered a new year (and decade) I've seen some topics passing by reviewing the last year. Here is my contribution from Bromma Airport in Stockholm, Sweden.
This year it where 7 days in total, spent around the airport. Here the movement highlights and best shots from my point of view, Stockholm-Bromma in the year 2009:
It was in the first week of february, I chose a cold clear day to catch the airplanes during sunrise. It was early, but boy what an amazing experience!!!
#1 How awesome were the colours of the sky!
#2 Despite the cold it was a busy morning!
#3 From spot 6 in the scramble airfield guide you have a great view on the uplining birds
#4 Bromma provides an interesting background scenery of Stockholm City
#5 Also from the other side of the airport you have a nice view
#6 Sunset can also provide nice opportunities
Sweden was the chairman of the EU the second part of 2009, which ment more military planes were seen at Bromma than usual:

The month August provided changing weather conditions but amazing photo opportunities:

#11
#12 How patriotic they are, those Swedes!
#13 The runway at Bromma looks a bit strange...
#14 but the city background makes up for that!
#15 One of the newer aircrafts for Golden Air turning in with some wind from the side
Of course the Swedish Airforce themselves didn't forget about Bromma:
#16 A Tp100 with the typical Bromma background
#17 A Gulf in the line-up, after having done some taxi rounds without stopping the aircraft...
#18 Also a rather common visitor: S100B 023
#19 One which is nice looking but more rare at Bromma: a Hkp15
#20 And one that is totally rare here: a Sk60!!
#21 Luckely the veterans where still going strong too!
Then autumn came again and backdrops changed, weather changed and days were getting darker...:
#22
#23 The Stockholm skyline remained the same however!
#24 As was the control tower and (more or less) the aircrafts
#25 That doesn't mean that it has to boring!!
#26 Also frequent visitors are the ambulance flights.
And as the end of the year is near and the days get really short, you have to come before lunch or its going to be night photography:

And where we started the year 2009 with snow, that's also where we end!! Just a little bit more in fact!

I hope you enjoyed this Year Report and I hope too to post more photos of Bromma also in this new year!!!
If you have any comments on the photos, you are still welcome, though its an other year we are in now
Hälsningar och vi ses,
