I am not really happy with the results yet. I tried a lot of settings, but most pictures look a little bit blue, what did I wrong?

Great start, Maarten. Try this: Add a curves adjustment layer. With the grey eyedropper (the one that looks half full) click on the right wing on the grey part just next to the NATO titles. See if that gets rid of the blueish hue...

Very nice!! I have done some HDR imaging in the past but never with the set up of 5 diferent exposures.

Result was this:

Image

The above is taken on a tripod with -1, 0, +1 exposures.

I tried some HDR on my "Wales Photos": Results are not very dramatic however... I guess I need to do some more tonemapping.

Nice shots Ron. I think you got the GR4 the day after I got the F3, no?

Tried something with this Tornado, and I begin to get a little bit familiar with the programme.

Please give feedback, I think the result can be extended with more knowledge.

That looks great, Maarten. For what it's worth, after I have generated an HDR I still do lots of post-processing to get the image to pop. 9 times out of 10 I use the default settings in Photomatix and then carry on in Photoshop.
