Spotting in Czech republic

Hi all,

I'm interested to hear if anybody has gone to the Czech republic in the past
to photograph the at Air Force bases from outside the base fences?
Was it possible to get an base visit?
How do the civil/military police react on spotters/photographers?
My special interest goes to Praha-Kbely and Caslav.
