CA-02 is parked since 25/08/09 due to the non-execution of the C72-check,
3-monthly inspections and several Airworthiness Directives. The parking
procedure has been applied since 26/08/09 and extended once for another 12
weeks until 09/02/10. As from this date, the parking procedure is
transferred to a storage procedure.
To get CA02 back into service for one ferry flight, support and
authorization from Airbus is needed. This will be under the full
responsibility of the purchaser. The fact that the purchaser does not obtain
the authorization from Airbus does not release him from all contractual
obligations including the complete removal of the aircraft.
