Hello all!

Just a small question between all nice shots. Is it possible to take good landing and taxi-shots with 200mm?

Thanx, Johan

Depending on wich side you are you should be able to take some decent landing shots with 200 mm. Taxi shots are a little harder maybe with 200 mm with planes on the other side of the runway...

200mm is possible, when the planes are landing and you are standing on the hill you can take nice pictures when they are right in front of you, before the hit the runway. Aircraft on the runway are a bit too far away. You might be able to make some nice pictures when the planes are lining up on the taxiway.

The afternoon of April 20th, FF10 wil be continued with only the Dutch F-16's. The visitors will depart as soon as possible. So in basic, FF10 is over.

Except for that last shot.....your F-16s seem a bit out of focus.....

Nice pictures Niels!
Can you maybe tell me what kind of pod is hanging underneath the wing of the Polish F16 (the pod with the "spikes")

looks like an ACMI pod... (AN/APX-95 ?).....sends flight data to the ground so a full 3D view of "the fight" can be seen and debriefed...

Some take off and landings shots from 2day. I only photoshop since the last months and I have an idea that I am not too good at it if I see the nice pics above.
Can anyone give me a tip how to get the colours a bit brighter? With this kind of weather they always become a bit "flat". I did not use the raws this time and I put 0,3 "overbelicht". The camera as also on AWB.
I used levels, exposure and hue in Photoshop.

Was this the only visitor?
