That's because PH-BVE was previously a Cessna 172R Skyhawk, that's W.O. in 2007, and reg's are mostly not used twice.

The PH-BV* range is reserved by KLM Mid-2006
PH-BVE was in use that time by "Stichting Vliegschool Zestienhoven, Rotterdam" , So KLM couldn't reserve that one at that time.

Wow you're fast Cause at first I looked at a.net for photos cause I knew there was a cessna with that registration, but then I saw there was no record of it in the IVW database, so I assumed a w/u. So I deleted my post. But someone did actually read it.

And howabout BVL, or will KLM never reach that?

It's possible to re-use a (same) registration after a period of 30 years (!)
