Maybe they confirmed other type? But I doubt it to be honest. It is really a big problem, because people partly from far away come to NLD for Su-35... :|

I believe that Mi-24 will show up next week. After all we kind of...well have them in our inventory.

And faking participant list? Mother :censored:
I can understand what happened to Eurofighter and E-3 last year, after all they had at least that fly-by but telling people that Su-35 will show up and lie them to the eyes and at top of it to print it on half of the buses in Bratislava?! That´s it, they just hit the rock bottom. What´s next - PAK vs. F-22 dogfight on 5th National air days?
Nothing happend to Eurofighter and E-3 last year. Austrian Eurofighter did just a flyby, because Austria does not have an display pilot and insurance for display and they cant fly on Sunday because of the noise restrictions. Only the "commentators" (I doubt if I can call them commentators) didnt know that or didnt unterstand that. And about E-3, what did you expect from it? Full display? E-3 cant even land at Piestany due to narrow runway and taxiways as well as no space for parking.

Maybe we should forward the posting to press@nld.sk and ask them whom they try to fool with this? :stick:

They promised on the official page and in the promo posters EF display and E-3 on static on as Saturday, so Sunday and many went there just to see it just as many will go there just to see Su-35 and get nothing. I really can´t understand why is that, the program as it is, without the Su-35, is pretty solid and would bring bigger attendance than last year. Now a lot of people are going to be =censored=.

I received informations about all those rumours. I decided to publish them.

Krila Oluje: cancelled because they didn´t have enough time to prepare for display

Orlik Aerobatic Team: cancelled because of technical problems

Su-35: organisers claim, that the negotiations have been, so Russians must know at least about them and organisers also sent informations for crew to Russia.

Thanks Screenes!
Negotiations without confirmation is not enough to publish Su-35 in schedule...Shame on them.
What about rest? Italian Typhoon especially?

What I still do not understand:

Did they get confirmation for the Su-35 from Russia or not? Or was the invitation itself the cause to publish it as confirmed? I know it is very hard to get Russians to participate at airshows, but it does not help us at all to publish it without confirmation. Maybe their PR department intended to receive Russian confirmation, and now cannot step back to keep people visiting the airshow?

Slovak Air Force should repeat it's display sequence from 2004! Dogfight of 2 x Mig-29, what a great display it was... If there is too much space in timetable, nobody would mind if Mig-29 displays 2 times a day! :worship:

Thanks to JA37 for asking!

Well, folks, I can say exactly what I get from SUKHOI Marketing Department (which is responsible to any foreign displays) yesterday.

NO vizit of Su-35 is planned in SUKHOI to that airshow, I've been told clear and officially. There should be no doubts, information about our Su-35 on nld.sk webpage is not correct.

it means "participation not confirmed yet"

and "sobota" in that schedule means "Saturday". that means that austrian Typhoon and E-3 AWACS will be on Saturday only.
