According to http://www.nato.int/cps/en/natolive/events.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; there is a Defence Ministers Meeting (includes partner non members). Starts 10th Jun ending Lunchtime on the 11th.

Yes it was Slovak An-26 but no serial found on internet

till now. there where lot Spotters at that time but i think they where civilian ones

in front off it there was also a Czech Air Force A319
