Yes it is. It is stowed away in the SE shelter area, together with the Polish Casa and Czech An-26, unvisible from the public area. I suspect it will not be visible from outside the base as well.

The transport aircraft in the shelterarea can be seen from the bus to Parking5/6/7 (side of Bavel).
