helikopter crash op de maasvlakte (ec 130?)

Just to clarify, Nick has a helicopter (probably EC-130) make a so-called PanPanPan heard on the scanner, and landed on the Maasvlakte.
Further information is missing!

Lifeline 1 and 2 on their way to the Maasvlakte....

PH-PHZ reported his collega had crashed !!!! But I don't know who his college was.

According to Teletekst things are not well, 2 passengers are being reanimated.
