Aerodynamic fairing for the gearbay. The mounting point of the nose gear has been lower so that the nosedown attitude of the A330F while on the ground is almost level compared to the passenger variants. This means that the gear bay had to be increased in size in order accommodate the nosegear, so instead of redesigning the entire nose section, Airbus added this fairing.CoHaBa wrote:What is the bump on the body at the nose-gear?
