First PC-12NG to Finland
Pilatus has handed over the first of six PC-12 NG Multi-Purpose Liaison Aircraft to the Finnish Air Force.

July 5: Pilatus handed over the first of six PC-12 NG Multi-Purpose Liaison Aircraft to the Finnish Air Force on July 1 at it factory in Stans, Switzerland.
The contract for the aircraft, worth €22.5 million, was signed on April 24, 2009. Finnish pilots and ground crew have been trained at Stans and the first aircraft will leave for Finland later this month with all six aircraft delivered by the end of August.
The PC-12s will replace Piper PA-31-350 Chieftain aircraft that have been in service with the Finnish Air Force since 1983.
