Post by r.e.hendriks »

Hey all,

Anyone any idea which C-212 (CEV) flew on Tuesday June 15? I saw one C-212 (CEV) inside their hangar that day. And I heard one was in the air at that moment. On Wednesday and Thursday the 378/MP flew. So it is probably the same aircraft. But just want to know 100% sure.

On Tuesday the June 15 I saw a CEV aircraft stored/wfu east of the CEV hangars. Probably a N.262 or C-212. Anyone any idea which one this might be?

Best regards, Rob.

I heard some rumours about the Indian Flankers wearing fake serials.
Can anyone confirm this? Or is it just a new batch of aircraft.
Perhaps anyone can check the c/n when close by.

Anyone any idea which squadron they belong to?

Best regards, Rob.
I heard about this also, obviously relates to the SB30. serialed aircraft. I have not heard of the Indians doing this before and if they are doing so then why not change SB058 and SB060?

The aircraft are from 8 Sqn by the way.

Hi Eric,

Interesting log! I believe (not really sure though) that the Ajets Alpha Jet on monday is the E141/8-NF.

And nice meeting you guys in the Southern France!

On Monday 14th I read the code "115-LL", but not sure..... perhaps it was the 115-LE, any confirmation welcome. (it was in the same group of Mirage 2000's as the 115-OQ and OL).

The correct one was 115-LE and indeed they were flying in the group with 115-OQ and OL

Yes you are right with the 7th Mirage 2000N i have it also on picture but forgot to write it down.

The four Dyon Mirage 2000's were escorting the Singapore AF F-16D's. So they were not seen in the morning but in the afternoon.

Eric

Hi Hans,

662 was in the first pair with 674 and not 679.

The Dijon Mirages did not fly in the morning but started around 15:00u I guess.

661 and 679 confirmed.

I got some questions about the local Mirage 2000N's. Hope someone can help out.

At around 12:30 I counted 5 Mirages returning, I only have:
361/125-CK
350/125-AJ
354/125-BJ
+2?

Missing two or a miscount? We caught 125-BX returning earlier.

In the afternoon (about 15:30) a 3-ship returned. I logged those as:
361/125-CK
367/125-AW
?

Finally. What is the id of the stored blue Mirage next to the Falcon near point 1?

This is 01. It is marked as Mirage III NG on the nose, but according to EMOOS it's a Mirage 50M. Who has the definitive answer on the type?
