During the stay of the Tour de France in the Netherlands the following “Tour de France” helicopters were seen at Rotterdam The Hague Airport:
Eurocopter AS355 N Ecureuil 2 F-GMBA HdF-Hélicoptères de France - operated as cameraship;
Eurocopter AS355 N Ecureuil 2 F-GMBL HdF-Hélicoptères de France - operated as cameraship;
Aérospatiale AS350 B2 Ecureuil F-GRAC HdF-Hélicoptères de France - operated as relay station;
Aérospatiale AS350 B2 Ecureuil F-GXPE HdF-Hélicoptères de France - operated as relay station;
these four helicopters wear “france télévisions” markings. each camera ship worked together with a relay-helicopter.

Aérospatiale AS350 B2 Ecureuil F-GECM Arkata Aviation - 'le Tour de france 'VIP 4';
Eurocopter AS355 F2 Ecureuil II F-GTVE Arkata Aviation - 'le Tour de france 'VIP 5';
the five VIP helicopters wear 'le Tour de france’ and ‘www.letour.fr’ markings.

The nine "Tour de France" helicopters arrived at Rotterdam The Hague Airport on 1 July and departed on 4 July.
Note: the mailing address of Arkata Aviation is at Malta?!

Next to the “Tour de France” helicopters, along and above the route of the bike race were noted:

The nine "Tour de France" helicopters arrived at Rotterdam The Hague Airport on 7 July and departed on 10 July.

I think your arrival dates are not correct, as the Tour was one week earlier in Rotterdam!!!
