BLACK SEA (July 20, 2010) A Ukrainian navy KA-27 Helix helicopter from Saki Naval Air Base in Ukraine, conducts deck land qualifications with the guided-missile frigate USS Taylor (FFG 50) during exercise Sea Breeze 2010. Sea Breeze is an annual multinational exercise designed to strengthen maritime partnerships in the Black Sea region in the spirit of partnership for peace.
